A. SHIPPING COSTS
We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders placed through our website.
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday) due to the high volume of orders. All customers will receive their orders after Christmas. The order handling time is 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use DHL, EVRI, Yodel, and FedEx for product delivery.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at angelina@thepulseatlas.com.

TRACKING INFORMATION
An email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

” It may take 3-7 business days for certain shipping companies to update tracking information in their system. If it's been over 5 business days since your order was placed and your tracking number still shows no information, please contact us.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We take pride in offering international shipping services. However, we cannot ship to some locations. If you're from one of those countries, we will notify you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
We cannot be held responsible if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please double-check your billing and shipping addresses before finalizing your order. If we made a mistake, we will take full responsibility and provide the original order at no additional cost.
CUSTOMS
We are not accountable for any customs fees incurred once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees upon arrival in your country.
