RETURN POLICY

ORDER RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
IMPORTANT: Returns past 30 days are refunded via store credit in the form of a PulseAtlas Gift Card / E-Gift Card. PulseAtlas does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

RETURNS 

Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. 

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

Upon approval of your return request, we will proceed to process a refund to your original payment method, whether it is your card or any other payment method used during the purchase. The refund will be processed promptly, and you can expect to receive it within 3-5 business days, subject to the policies of your original payment method.

  

PulseAtlas is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return. As well, we can not process your refund until all items are received. 

 

SHIPPING 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable

 

CANCELLATION 

All orders are processed as soon as the orders are placed. In rare cases, if the status of your order is still unfulfilled, we will still be able to process your cancellation request.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with pictures attached.


**Return drop-offs are NOT accepted at our warehouse.



RETURNED-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES:
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels in these instances. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs to return the items. Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a refund in the original form of payment if the address was entered correctly.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.



RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS:
Once a return is initiated and/or your return label has been printed, your items have 7 days to arrive at your local carrier/postal office to send back to our distribution center in CA. If your items do not arrive within that timeframe, PulseAtlas is within its rights to cancel the return.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.


All items sent to our Warehouse will be discarded upon receipt.



STORE EXCHANGES:
Because we can't ensure the item required will be available by the time returned items come back to the Distribution Center, except in very limited circumstances, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.



DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS:
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form within 7 business days from delivery date. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.



RETURNING BY MAIL:
For U.S. Domestic customers, the return address is as follows.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. 

PulseAtlas is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in TX. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, PulseAtlas is able to refuse issuing store credit for your return. 

All returns must have EXACTLY what was in the original purchase. Any items missing will cause a fault in the return and is subject to PulseAtlas’s discretion to process a refund on any kind.

 

RETURNING WITH PARTNERS:
For all returns for items purchased through a partner or retailer, customers will have to follow the specific return policies for those retailers. 

PulseAtlas is not responsible for returns for items purchased outside of our website. Depending on where you acquired your PulseAtlas products, your return process will be subject to that return policy. Our team may help you track down the policy but is not obligated to help you process the return.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS:
Members are able to cancel or adjust their order 12-24 hours of ordering as long as it is still pending shipment. Please email Angelina@pulseatlas.com or call us at +1 (936) 443-9682 to adjust within the time period. 

Massage Chair Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your chair! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we want to work with you to make things right. But before considering a return, don't forget that all our chairs are covered by our one-year warranty, which you can read up more here. Simply write in to us at angelina@realrelax.net so that our customer support team can do their best to resolve your issue.

To help you understand our refund/return policy better, we've divided it into two categories, Category A and Category B.

  • Chair is to be in original condition (unused, no assembly attempted)

Refund³
  • Refunds will be initiated within 30 days after receiving and inspecting of the returned goods
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase of the returned goods

Do note that the risk of loss of any returns are borne by the consumer once the product to be returned has been passed to the courier. You are responsible that your returns are properly packed and shipped back to us.

Any filing of claims for damages with carriers must be done at the consumer's discretion and responsibility.

All returns and refunds decisions by RealRelax shall be final.

You may also want to know:

  • You may cancel an order at any time, ONLY IF your order has yet to be shipped (tracking details yet to be made available).
  • The product's packaging must not be damaged as the original packaging, in proper condition, is required. For Category A returns, items must be unused and unassembled. If a seal was present, it must not have been tampered with.
  • You are responsible for the product's return shipping and costs. All goods to be returned must be marked as "Returned Goods".
  • Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

1. How long does it take to process the refund?
1.1  Usually processed within 10 business days (The time for the refund to arrive may be longer due to the payment platform processing, e.g. PayPal).
1.2. Your refund will be sent to your original payment account based on the refund method you chose. Once the refund has been made
1.3 Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,within 7 days.
2. Precautions
2.1. There are no handling fees for the return.
2.2. The amount of the refund is based on the actual payment amount (if you return it by free shipping, you need to deduct the return shipping fee from the refund).
2.3. Returns due to merchant's reasons, the new shipping fee shall be borne by the merchant. Returns due to customer's reasons, the new freight is borne by the customer.

Contact us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return.
Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
Step 2.GET RETURNINSTRUCTION
Please note: the contact address in the website on not our return address, our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions.
Step 3. RETURN THE GOODS
Put the item(s)in the original packaging and send it according to the return instruction.
Step 4.REFUND
Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund based on our refund policy
PS:When you return the package, the post office will send you a receipt. Please tell the customer's receipt to the customer service and write the order number in the package, we will track the return location and process the refund as soon as possible.

We are sad to see you go but if you really need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product that you would like to return.
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your order.

Our Chairs and accessories (the "Products") are warranted for a period of ONE(1) years (the "Warranty Period") against:

  1. Missing materials from the Products at the time of delivery;
  2. Defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the Products at the time of delivery;
  3. Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery;
  4. Major defects in the functionality of motors, armrests, backrest recline, and casters,

The warranty services include the following if your chair is under warranty and inartificial

  1. Provide free accessories and parts.

ii.Customer pay for the back and forth shipping cost to return for maintenance.

Note1: If you require a return service, please show the valid warranty card and complete product package, and bear the freight of returning.

If your product cannot be repaired, we offer the following options:

Option 1. You can contact our customer service for the depreciation and deduction of your purchased massage chair, and directly purchase any model of massage chair on our official website.

Option 2. You can check the depreciation and deduction of your massage chair with our customer service and exchange it for the equivalent cash coupon to offset our official website for future purchase.

Note2: we do not accept unjustified returns with non-quality problems.

Subject to the following:

  1. Any replacement parts shall be fully provided by Real Relax and any shipping costs shall be half-borne by the consumer;
  2. Replaced parts will be recollected by Real Relax to be disposed of.
  3. To benefit under this warranty, RealRelax must be notified of any defect within 14 days of the occurrence of the such defect via an image or video to angelina@realrelax.net;
  4. This Warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period,or 30 days, whichever is longer.

What our warranty does NOT cover

For the avoidance of doubt, this warranty does not cover the following:

  1. wear and tear of PU leather, including but not limited to cuts, scratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
  2. consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product or from defects in the Products;
  3. damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Realrelax ;
  4. damage caused to the Products during self-assembly due to failure to adhere to the relevant self-assembly manual instructions provided;
  5. minor variations arising out of hand-made workmanship.

Limited Warranty

Realrelax reserves the right to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed. Any item requiring replacement due to any of the Exclusions will be at the purchaser’s expense. Realrelax reserves the right to decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced. Such replacement or repair is offered by Realrelax at its sole discretion, to the extent permitted under the Consumer Law.

Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only. Where Realrelax has determined that a benefit under this warranty may be claimed, the costs incurred in replacing such defective part or material (including in particular the cost of materials) shall be borne by Real relax. Components replaced under this warranty may vary in colour and texture from the original.

This warranty is in addition to any rights a consumer may have under Consumer Law. Any paragraph of this warranty which is unenforceable or void at law is to be severed and the rest of this warranty will remain in force.

This warranty will end immediately if the Product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, or commercial use.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty and a person who is not the original purchaser shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of these terms and conditions herein. For any warranty protection from Realrelax, all subsequent purchasers acquire the Product "as is".

Disclaimer of all other warranties and obligations

This warranty and Realrelax 's obligations thereunder are in lieu of all other warranties (except for those provided under Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded) whether expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as all other representations made to the original purchaser.

Effective Date

This warranty shall be effective for purchases of the Products as of the date of delivery.
